Active Rollovers: If a user is in a particular section of the site, the button on the primary navbar leading to that section should be in the up position and must no longer be a rollover. The button will instead just be an image that links back to the main page for the respective section.
When a user is in the tertiary page in a section, the tertiary nav image must remain as the up image and must no longer act as a rollover, it must now be just an image. The secondary nav image must also remain in the up position but it will now link back to the respective secondary page.
