Experienced Employment Specialists develop a network of employers who count on JVS to successfully fill their hiring needs. Employers save time and money by listing job openings free of charge. Candidates are also screened, referred and placed at no cost to the employee.

For you, this means:

• JVS referrals are made by professional job counselors, skilled at matching people to work
• Many clients have taken the initiative to improve their skills using our training programs, including workplace, language, and computer skills training
• We stand behind our clients, willing to work with both you and them to address any issues or challenges that arise as you negotiate a completely satisfactory working relationship
• Best of all, we do not charge employers for our referral service
