South of Market Child Care Programs and Services

South of Market Child Care, Inc. has provided quality child care and family programs for almost 30 years. Our programs have served the special needs of families from South of Market, the Tenderloin, and parents who work in downtown San Francisco. We have offered services at the Clementina Center since 1970 and expanded to an additional facility, the Yerba Buena Garden Center, in 1998.
All of our teaching staff have early childhood education backgrounds and many are multi-lingual. Our teachers are encouraged to continue in their studies and are required to meet three times a month to discuss early childhood theory and practice.
