Each year,
NLF provides childcare services to more than 150 Bay Area children representing
a broad spectrum of socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds; but our work
does not stop here. We also provide crucial parental education support
services and serve as community leaders maintaining an active role in
special events and various childcare coalitions in the City.
The key to
our success is tied to the many individuals and businesses who have generously
supported our commitment to children and community through monetary
and in-kind donations, corporate
sponsorships and volunteer
work. However, our growth and ability to maintain high quality services
is threatened by stagnant government funding and ever-increasing Bay Area
living expenses. To this end, we welcome contributions of any size and nature
that support our mission.
All contributions
to Nihonmachi Little Friends are greatly appreciated, and tax-deductible
to the extent allowed by law. Contributions can be made by completing
