FRH depends on volunteers and donations to continue to deliver workshops and services to its clients. There are many opportunities for volunteers, ranging from helping with day to day activities at FRH, to leading modules of the F.O.R.W.A.R.D. and X-CELL Club programs.

FRH’s continued success depends on the generosity of grants and individual giving. Monetary donations are graciously accepted, as well as donations in-kind of office equipment, computer hardware and software, etc.
