Family Connections is a Parent and Family Center that grew out of E. R. Taylor Elementary School's "Healthy Start Program". Family Connections is here to establish a sense of community for participants by assisting parents in their challenging task of raising healthy children.

At Family Connections, children have many opportunities to express themselves creatively. We believe a balance between education and self-expression is necessary when raising well rounded children. What you see here are the results of classroom discussions, hard work, and some extraordinary creativity. The students work together and individually to create works of art. Students learn first hand how powerful a "community" can be when people come together to achieve a common goal.
