| Each
One Reach One (EORO) has both paid and volunteer positions.
We pay mentors, who work daily during our two-week programs
(35-hour commitment), and we ask professional actors to volunteer
in performing our young writers plays (a half-day commitment).
In addition we seek volunteers to help EORO design its show
programs, raise funds, plan events, provide office support and
maintain its website. |
| Populations
we serve: Youth of high school age in the Juvenile Justice
System or at risk of becoming involved. |
| Places
we work: Programs run in juvenile halls and continuation
and alternative high schools in San Mateo and San Francisco
counties. Our office is in Pacifica. Some volunteer opportunities
can be filled from your home. |
| Our mentors
are professional playwrights and actors. They undergo screening (required by state
law) and receive orientations. Read more about these job
opportunities in the mentor section. |
|
| Our volunteer actors
can build their professional portfolios while bringing our young writers
stories to life! Read more about performing
with us in the volunteer section. |
| Our other
volunteers sustain our programs to mentor our youth through theater arts. Read
about other ways to volunteer. |
