Charity Cultural Services Center (CCSC) offers (4) vocational training programs: Skills For Life - Culinary Academy, Asian Apprenticeship Training Program, The Hospitality Academy and Postal Exam Courses.

The Skills For Life - Culinary Academy provides training in (3) areas: Chinese Cooking, Western Cooking, and Bartending and Tablewaiting. Each curriculum provides training, placement and support services.

The Asian Apprenticeship Training Program assists low-income, recent immigrants to gain skills enabling them to obtain construction industry apprenticeships that can lead to permanent employment.

With grant funding from the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, CCSC has added The Hospitality Academy to its' programs. In addition to another culinary course, certification courses in Microsoft Word and Excel will be offered as well as training and experience in all aspects of the catering business.

In partnership with the U.S. Postal Service, the Postal Exam Course assists participants planning to find Postal Service employment.
