CARECEN develops integrated programs that adequately serve the needs of the community. These same programs also need to promote organization and capability building through direct community involvement. As new immigrants from Latin America move toward successful participation into U.S. Society, they are faced with a variety of political, social, and economic problems. To improve the quality of life and achieve more economic and political empowerment, the immigrant population must become an active participant in the civic and political processes in its community, city, and country. As a non-profit organization, CARECEN appreciates donations including monetary gifts, items for our dental clinic, office supplies, and legal resources.
