Recruit volunteers, reach out to law students who want to learn more and possibly
practice immigration law

CARECEN accompanies and promotes the empowerment of the Latino and immigrant
community of Northern California, providing and advocating for services and strategies
that respond to the needs and rights of this population.

Vision Statement:

A Latino and immigrant community that has achiweved a full political and economical participation in society, exercising its right and enjoying
a life of dignity while embracing a broad cultural and community identity. Comunidad latina e immigrante que disfrute de una participacion plena
